Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept requests for returns within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. Please read through our Return Policy below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

Hiring:

Prices are subject to change - please check before booking for current rates.

A 50% deposit is necessary to secure the event time & date. Until a deposit is received, the date cannot be confirmed.

The outstanding amount must be paid by the client to Series On The Go on or before the event.

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests during event. If damage is caused to the Equipment/Booth, regardless of the degree of damage, all costs associated with the repair or replacement will be paid for by the hiring client.

A travel surcharge may apply to events outside of the Mega Manila.

Bank deposit (EFT) or Cash are our only acceptable methods of payment.

For Diaper/Nappy Cake:

Once you order, please give us 2-4 working days to fix your "diaper/nappy cake" order, because it will depend on the availability of the accessories that you want to put on the cake.

You can also customize the design of the cake. Cakes can be made with various ideas in mind, gender specific, or other creative ideas, maybe a teddy bear or any cute character theme you prefer that would wow your recipient.

Products:

This payment method requires the customer to transfer money directly from his/her account into Series On The Go's bank accounts.

After checkout, please deposit the total amount into the following account with your full name and your order number as a reference. Email your proof of payment to seriesonthego@yahoo.com

Please ensure that orders are paid within 48 hours. Your order will be shipped as soon as your transaction reflects in our account. Our bank details are as follows:

Return Policy

For your convenience, you may return your online purchase to our Series on the Go Store. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with Shipping Receipt or Store Receipt.
Returns with the Shipping Receipt: All products, including Series On The Go products, will be refunded the full purchase price.
Returns without the Shipping Receipt: We are unable to process returns without the Shipping Receipt. If you have misplaced your original Shipping Receipt please email us at seriesonthego@yahoo.com to request a replacement.
Shipping and Handling charges and Shipping and Handling taxes are non-refundable.
Products must be unopened and in new condition.
Returns on seasonal items such as Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving may be returned up to 7 days prior to the date of the holiday.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. All returned items must include the Shipping Receipt. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items include:

Helium Tanks

Oversized Items / Life-sized Cutouts
Partial Party Kits - Party Kits may only be returned complete, including all components originally specified within each kit. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually.
